Best Practice and Information

We will develop good practice case studies that illustrate what needs to happen in local areas to ensure that young people achieve positive life outcomes. Alongside these stories outlining young people and families' perspectives will be gathered and posted in the resources section of the website.

A range of resources will be developed through our work with local areas.

Resources that were developed by previous programmes and initiatives that provide evidence of what needs to happen to support families and young people are also being added to the website.

We will produce a bi-monthly programme e-bulletin that will include updates from the programme, information about the wider SEND programme of work, updates from work in pathfinders and other local areas and will focus on one of the four programme outcomes, Paid Employment, Independent Living, Good Health and Community Inclusion.
